Look at these creatures. They've got millions of years of instinct in their cells, instinct that we can program. Their loyalty can NOT be bought. These guys are gonna run straight into the enemy's teeth and eat them, belt buckle and all.

Vic Hoskins is a character mentioned in the InGen Database.

InGen Database Entry

Vic Hoskins ran part of the InGen security force, including the raptor training program conducted by Owen Grady. His interest centered on using dinosaurs for military applications. He also reminisced about how he brought up a young wolf cub, which wasn't put down when it later attacked his wife.

Hoskins responded swiftly to the events in the 2015 incident. When Simon Masrani died, he seized control of operations and forced a field test with Grady's raptor pack to help his security teams locate the escaped Indominus rex. However, the inclusion of Velociraptor DNA in the Indominus rex enabled it to communicate with the raptors and make them turn on the security teams, with only a few survivors.

With the collapse of his plan, Hoskins ordered all of the genetics research be preserved and relocated with plans to reestablish the program elsewhere. Delta, from the raptor pack, killed Hoskins after he tried to emulate control in the same way that Grady had.
