The Cause and the Cure is the second mission given to the players by Claire Dearing on Nublar North during the Claire's Sanctuary campaign, the second story expansion for Jurassic World Evolution.
Mission Overview[]
| The team have identified the dinosaur to proceed with the cure. Isolate the indicated dinosaur within its own enclosure to prepare it for the cure.
Too many dinosaur deaths, or the deaths of mission critical dinosaurs will result in island failure. |
Objectives[]
In order to complete the mission, the player must:
- Isolate the Stygimoloch 'STM-01_NBR' in an enclosure.
- Maintain 'STM-01_NBR' visibility from Viewing Platform.
- Keep 'STM-01_NBR' contained for observation for 2 minutes.
- Control a Ranger Team to test the cure on 'STM-01_NBR'.
- Keep the new mission dinosaurs' -a Carnotaurus, a Baryonyx and an Albertosaurus- Comfort levels above 80% for 2 minutes.
- Maintain all mission dinosaurs visibility from a Viewing Platform.
- Keep mission dinosaurs contained for observation for 4 minutes.
- Research Volcanic Silicosis at the Research Center.
- Use a Ranger Team to test the improved cure on the Carnotaurus 'CRN-02_NBR'.
Rewards[]
The rewards for completing this mission are $1,000,000, Electrified Heavy Steel Fence, Electrified Light Steel Fence, Improved Output 2.0 and Outage Protection 2.0.
