Tacaño Research Facility is a section of Isla Tacaño in the Secrets of Dr. Wu downloadable content for Evolution. It is a classified operation sequestered high in the mountains to the north of Isla Tacaño. Located next to a flooded crater, this site has long been kept secret from the rest of the Hammond Foundation. Dr. Henry Wu uses this facility to conduct cutting edge research into new hybrid dinosaurs.
Geography
The Tacaño Research Facility is similar in size to Isla Pena although it has a generally ovular shape and is thus easier to build on as the player will face terrain constraints. The facilities' progression is based around the completion of 4 missions as opposed to managing division reputation but is otherwise similar to the main section of Isla Tacaño.
The Spinoraptor, Ankylodocus, and Stegoceratops are first unlocked on this island.
