|They say everything is bigger in Texas... and that certainly applies to their fossil finds! This towering pterosaur is definitely one for the record books! We're talking about one of the largest flying animals... like, ever! It's not s bird and it's not a plane. It's a Quetzalcoatlus.
Four years after the events at Lockwood Manor, several Quetzalcoatlus were seen nesting on top of skyscrapers and migrating alongside modern birds and other pterosaurs. One individual was present in the sanctuary that was created by BioSyn, and it was seen attacking the plane that Owen Grady, Claire Dearing, and Kayla Watts were in when they entered BioSyn's restricted airspace.
Named after Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent god of Mexico, Quetzalcoatlus is among the largest known pterosaurs of all time, with a wingspan roughly the size of a plane.
