This is the Jurassic World Evolution Wiki canon rules and guidelines overview.

History sections canon[]

The History section on dinosaur, island, etc. pages is intended to be a summary of a respective articles official history in film canon. Jurassic World Evolution information should never be added to history sections regarding the film canon. Only official film canon and media dubbed "included soft-canon/unconfirmed canon" should be added to these sections.

Sources dubbed as "soft-canon" are sources which take place within the Jurassic World theme rather than necessarily the actual canon, Sources dubbed "unconfirmed" have not been fully confirmed as canon. This information must be preceded and followed by the Canonicity and Canonicityend templates respectively in articles.

The following pieces of media are considered canon unless contradicted by the films or Colin Trevorrow.
