Jurassic World Evolution Wiki

Expedition items are fossils, minerals, and treasures are retrieved through the Expedition Center from dig sites across the world in Jurassic World Evolution and Jurassic World Evolution 2.

Retrieved fossils, minerals, and treasures are then placed in the Fossil Center where they can be either extracted or sold for profit. While all treasure, minerals, and fossils can be sold, only dinosaur fossils can be extracted.

Depending on their quality, extracted fossils provide an increase in the completion percentage of an individual dinosaur's genome. A genome that is 50% complete is required to hatch a dinosaur while a genome that is 100% complete is required to hatch a dinosaur with its maximum base stats.

Expedition Items are minerals, fossils, and treasures that have no function other than to be sold.
