Overview[]
In the Campaign of Jurassic World Evolution 2, Arizona serves as a tutorial for the player to introduce them to many of the games mechanics, such as building, dinosaur and comfort. When the player arrives on Arizona, a small facility with a single enclosure have already been built, and wild dinosaurs such as Baryonyx roam just outside of the buildable area. Players are then instructed to build Response Facilities to capture and contain the nearby prehistoric wildlife.
The buildable area on this map is small, and is elevated higher than much of where the wild area surrounding it. The wild area is made up of two small oasis and large patches of plantlife near them which becomes more sparse further out. This area is surrounded by vast deserts, with a single mountain to the back of the facility. In Sandbox Mode, the map is opened up far more, with inaccessible wild areas becoming available for park building.
