The Amphitheatre is a building in Jurassic World Evolution 2.
Appearance[]
The Amphitheatre resembles a small colosseum, with an exterior made of rock, and floodlights poking out of the rock that turn on at night. On one side of the Amphitheatre there is an opening that can let dinosaurs through, and on the other there is a classic Jurassic Park gate, with a sign above it that says "Jurassic Park: San Diego". The interior of the Amphitheatre building contains circular rows of wooden benches, like a stadium.
Functionality[]
The Amphitheater is a bit like a colosseum, with a small amount of space in the centre of the Amphitheater where dinosaurs can roam or be transported too. In this area, water cannot be placed and terrain cannot be edited, but minimal amounts of foliage and Carnivore, Live Prey and Insectivore Feeders can be placed, along with any decorations or rocks. Fences and gates can be attached to the structure on the sides of the opening to expand the exhibit beyond the Amphitheatre or to provide access for ranger teams and MVUs to come through.
The Amphitheatreās main use is as source of visibility, as the centre of the building provides Dinosaur Visibility as long as the building is operational. However, due to a high cost and power requirements for comparatively low Visiblity, it is usually only used in decoratively in Sandbox Mode. Outside of the All Buildings option, it is exclusive to the Jurassic Park Building Era.
